DREAMSCAPES – Painting the Language of Dreams Workshop – Findhorn

DREAMSCAPES – Painting the Language of Dreams – Women’s workshop
In this one-day workshop we will delve into the realms of the subconscious to explore the Language of our Dreams.
We begin in circle, in presence to ourselves and the mystery of the dreamscape.
We bring our whole being into the unfolding through movement and body warming.
Questions for deeper inquiry lead you to discover the meaning and message in your own dreams, exploring symbols, the energetic intelligence of the dream, characters and dream type.
We’ll work with colour and painting as a ‘language’ to visually express the textures of the dream and to further intuit its presence.
The Language of Dreams is part of a larger body and eco-system of work that is an evolving piece in women’s personal sovereignty. Our dreams are an internal ‘tool’ just as our female body cycles are an ‘in built’ tool that we can access and work with at any time to reveal the subtle inner world of our psyche, the subconscious, our spiritual and creative life and the personal rhythms that give us deep insight and understanding about who we are individually and our place in the larger eco-system of life.
We do not interpret each other dreams but rather, through questioning, exploration, intuitive sensing and personal association, allow the dream and its wisdom to reveal itself to us.
Bring a recent significant or recurring dream that you’d like to explore consciously through art.
Come with curiosity.
All art materials, tea, coffee and cake included. You will be invited to bring your own sacred items if you feel inspired to. Bring your own lunch or buy from the Phoenix shop/Blue Angel Café.
