Dear Spontaneous Woman,

Do you tend to over-analyse or over-process what you are doing?  Especially your creative projects and ideas? Often, when we create, we are fixated on the end result…what we want our creations to look like when we are finished.  It can be easy to get caught up in what it all means and pick apart the end results.

Over-analysis is a cause of stress which can include being hypercritical towards yourself and racing thoughts in your mind which can lead to sleeping problems, mental clutter and lack of focus amongst many other things.

This week (and in life!) it’s about the Journey and the present moment; check out the video to learn:

  • What happens when we Over-Analyse
  • What a Creative Detox is and Why we need to do this before Transformation can happen
  • The Keep it Simple Challenge
  • Art Expressions
  • Why Spontaneous Expression leads to clarity

Watch the Video Here:

I’d love to know:

  • How it felt to walk away from your spontaneous expression at the end?
  • How it felt to just create, because you want to!

Tools of Creative Expression are a powerful and transformational way to help support you, release tensions, cultivate clarity and express what is going on, on a deeper level for you.  As well as have a lot of FUN!

Rhythm In Colour support women to find and connect with their own inner rhythm, unique expression and their inner source through creative ‘tools’ of colour, art, music, writing, movement, dance, breath and voice as well as nature connection.  We support women to open their hearts, be spontaneous, go deep, be courageous, communicate clearly and find what it is they want, right now, using these marvellous, expressive tools.

So leave a comment on the website, or on our Facebook Page (link below) and let me know what you did and how it felt to create spontaneously and release the end result!

Remember to keep it simple…

Until next time…Keep Creating,

Jane
